How do I pay?
Three ways that suit the Syrian market. Each has one thing that matters: the invoice number.
Paying with ShamCash

Open your invoice in the client area.

Paying in cash
- 1. Choose “Cash payment” on the invoice. It shows the address, the phone and a map link.
- 2. Pay the amount at the office and quote the invoice number.
- 3. We mark the invoice as paid as soon as we receive the amount.
Bank transfer
- 1. Choose “Bank transfer” on the invoice. It shows the account details.
- 2. Transfer the amount and put the invoice number in the transfer reference.
- 3. We mark the invoice as paid once the transfer reaches our account.
Where do I find my invoice?
In the client area, under “Invoices”. An invoice is created with every order and renewal.
Questions about paying
When does my service start after I pay?
When we mark the invoice as paid. With ShamCash and cash that is as soon as we receive the amount; with a bank transfer, once it reaches our account.
I forgot to write the invoice number in the note. What now?
Send us the invoice number and a picture of the transfer receipt, and we match the payment to the invoice by hand.
Do you ask for my card details?
No. You pay in the ShamCash app, at the bank or in cash; we never ask for a card number or a password.
In which currency do I pay?
In the currency of the invoice: US dollars or euros, as chosen when ordering. The amount is written on the invoice.
