Accessibility

How we make our site usable for everyone, and how to tell us what gets in your way.

01Our commitment

We want every visitor to be able to read our site, order our services and reach us, however they browse. Our aim is for the site to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. It has not yet been formally audited against it, so this page lists what we have actually done.

02What we have done

  • A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page, shown when you press Tab.
  • Every button and link works with the keyboard and shows a clear outline when focused.
  • Each page states its language and direction: Arabic right to left, English and German left to right, so screen readers use the right voice.
  • Images carry a text alternative; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Animations stop when your system asks for reduced motion.
  • A dark mode that follows your device, with colours chosen to stay readable in both modes.
  • You can zoom to 200% without losing content, and the pages work on phones, tablets and desktops.
  • Forms label every field and explain errors in words, not by colour alone.

03What we are working on

Some parts may not yet work well with every screen reader, such as the animations on the home page and some of the free tools. Our shop at hosting.horanos.com (cart, checkout and client area) contains parts that come from our billing system, whose every detail we do not control. We fix what we learn about as we go.

04Tell us what gets in your way

If you find something you cannot use, tell us: write to contact@horanos.com, open a support ticket or message us on WhatsApp. Name the page and what you tried to do; we will answer and help you get it done another way until it is fixed.

For any question about this policy, write to contact@horanos.com
